Q: I don't know how much my shipping
will be. Can you help?
A: When you order using the shopping cart buttons on the Products
page, each item will be added to the shopping cart. When you
click to check out on the shopping cart, it will automatically
calculate your shipping charges for you.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to use the
shopping cart on your site?
A: No, you don't need to have a PayPal account. You can use
your credit card to pay for your purchase. Put all your
purchases into the shopping cart. When you click to check out,
there will be a spot near the bottom left that will allow you to pay
using your credit card. It says, "Don't have a PayPal
account?" Click on the "continue" word to go to the page to
put in your information. All charges will show under Bobaloo
Productions.
Q. Can I pay by check?
A. Yes. We have a downloadable form (PDF) for you to fill out to send your check. Click here. It includes our mailing address. Orders are shipped after check clears. Make checks/money orders out to Bobaloo Productions.
Q. What is the charge on my credit card? It says Bobaloo Productions.
A. That is the name of our parent company.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. We ship the same day the orders arrive if at all possible. Orders before 4PM (Eastern) will usually go that day. Orders after that time will ship the next business day.
